Infinity (comics)

Infinity is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Infinity first appears in Quasar #24 (July 1991). The character was created by Mark Gruenwald and Greg Capullo.
==Publication history==
Debuting in ''Quasar'' #24 (July 1991), Infinity featured in an extended storyline that revealed the role of the character in the Marvel Universe. Infinity reappears in ''Quasar'' #37 (Aug. 1992) and in the limited series ''Infinity War'' #1 - 6 (May - Nov. 1992).
During a storyline in ''Thor'' #183 - 188 (Dec. 1970 - May 1971), "Infinity" was the name given to an aspect of Norse god Odin's soul, which through the efforts of his son Thor was reunited with the character. It is not related to the Marvel cosmic entity.
